Shelter Information

Shelters are a last resort emergency resource and are ONLY opened on a case-by-case basis determined by event and need.

Shelters are owned by Jackson County but are managed by the Red Cross after the need to open a shelter has been determined.

Points of Distribution will be opened or activated ONLY when resources arrive in the area to distribute.
