The Seaman Road Landfill is Class I and II landfill. It is free to Jackson County residents (incorporated and unincorporated) who have a Jackson County tag.

- Non-treated Wood

- White Goods (motors removed)
- Wood Chips (uncontaminated)
- Wood Shavings
Items Not Accepted at the Landfill
- Any metal, glass, plastic, or paper container
- Any waste contaminated by a possible pollutant, such as food or chemicals**
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing material
- Contaminated soils
- Engines or motors
- Fabric (large amounts of new)
- Food or Drink waste
- Household garbage
- Industrial waste
- Liquids or Sludges
- Medical Waste
- Oil containers and chemical containers**
- Paint or paint buckets**
- Paper wastes
- Special Waste Treated Wood
- Toxic or hazardous waste **
- Other waste which may have an adverse effect on the environment
** Hazardous waste items can be dropped off during the municipalities Amnesty Day.
